St. Joseph’s Adult Day Care
and Respite Care

The Adult Day Care program serves the needs of older adults
who require supervision and/or minimal care.
This program is available to accommodate both regular and occasional participants.
Number of participants is subject to space and staffing.

Program Services

The Adult Day Care program hours are Monday through Friday
between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
The Adult Day Care program is closed on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day,
Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas.
The meals meet the daily requirements
established by state and federal regulations
governing the nursing facility.
Snacks and fluids are offered as appropriate to meet the participant’s nutritional needs.
Meals are served in the main dining room or multipurpose room.
The program provides a balance of purposeful activities
to meet the participant’s needs and interests
(social, intellectual, cultural, economic, emotional, physical, and spiritual).
An activity calendar is available showing the scheduled activities.
